Our database of 5,500+ film festivals is continuously maintained on a daily to at least weekly basis. Deadlines, entry fees, and eligibility rules are updated on an ongoing basis. If a festival closes or changes its submission requirements, your matches update accordingly.

When you close your account, any pending submissions are completed and we retain your data until all festival responses have been received and communicated to you. Once that process is finalised, your personal data and film materials are deleted within 90 days. Anonymised film metadata may be retained for service improvement purposes. Any data we are legally required to keep (e.g. for tax or accounting purposes) is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
